In the Kazaly Transport and Technical Higher College, within the framework of the week of the section "Locomotive and wagon industry" under the theme: "New Kazakhstan: a professional, a bright future", the teacher of special disciplines E. Makhanova held a seminar on the topic "Dual training system: new opportunities for professional development".

The seminar was attended by the deputy of the Kazaly wagon repair depot of Kamkor-Wagon LLP Kabulov Zh. E., a representative from the social partnership.

The purpose of the seminar:

* To make sure that the future of a young qualified specialist is bright;

* Connecting links between multiple railway qualifications;

* Determination of the uniformity of theory and practice;

To educate students about love and responsibility in their profession. Currently, our college has introduced elements of a dual learning system into the educational process.

In particular, "07160600-Operation, repair, and maintenance of wagons and refrigerated rolling stock of the railway", 1304000 - "Automation and telemechanics and traffic control", an integrated theory and practice program has been developed in the specialty 06120200 "Information security system". This seminar proved the need to strengthen the ties of the dual education system with the social partner States.
