On November 16, 2023, a seminar on the topic was held at the Kazaly Transport and Technical Higher College as part of the decade of service specialties: "Increased attention of young people to digital virtual life than in real- physical life."

According to the results of a survey of students conducted as a result of identifying through sources the mechanisms of virtual addiction in the formation of the propensity of young people to a healthy lifestyle, it is obvious that negative situations such as irritability, headaches, body aches, insomnia, teenagers who have been playing computer games on the Internet for a long time are the only factor preventing ensuring the quality of education. Finding a virtual friend increases the level of dependence of imagination on psychoemotional stress, unwillingness to communicate with people on the sides, and subordination of mood to the Internet and computer games. For this reason, college students can move from a physical life to a digital virtual life. The seminar was organized by Rakhimzhan Taliev, a teacher of special disciplines.
