In accordance with letter No. 02-02/04 dated 01/22/2026 from the KSU "Center for Education, Sports and Additional Education" of the Department of Education of the Kyzylorda region, as well as within the framework of the intra-college action plan for the implementation of the ideology of "Law and Order", an educational hour was held with students on the topic "Vandalism "a disease of society."

The event was organized by the Deputy Director for Educational Work, G. Kuzembayeva, in order to strengthen the prevention of juvenile delinquency, maintain order in public places and foster respect for the environment.

During the event, it was noted that the tasks set by the Head of State to improve the legal literacy of the population and prevent public unrest and manifestations of lack of culture are becoming particularly relevant. It was also clarified that illegal actions expressing obvious disrespect for society, accompanied by the use of violence or threat of its use, destruction or damage to other people's property, or characterized by special audacity, entail criminal liability in accordance with article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan ("Hooliganism").

During the event, a video clip was shown, shot on the initiative of the director of the Kazaly district Youth Resource Center, an active supporter of youth N. Nysanbekuly.
