According to a letter from the Center for Education, Sports and Additional Education of the Kyzylorda Region Department of Education (No.02-02/04 dated 01/22/2026) and in accordance with the action plan for the approval of the ideology of Law and Order, a meeting with representatives of law enforcement agencies on the topic "Teenager and the Law" was held at the Kazaly Transport and Technical Higher College.

The purpose of the event is to strengthen the prevention of crime and delinquency among minors, increase the legal literacy of students, familiarize them with the types of offenses, as well as explain the rights and responsibilities of young people.

Highlights of the meeting:

Participants: Inspectors of the juvenile police group of the administrative police department of the Kazaly district police Department — police lieutenants A. Kazbekov, K. Mendibayev and N. Agybai addressed the students.

Explanatory work: Police officers urged students to strictly observe the laws and social norms, to know their legal rights and to respect the rule of law.

Prevention: Special attention was paid to responsibility for the commission of offenses and the importance of conscious behavior in society.

Such meetings contribute to the formation of the principle of law-abiding and high civic responsibility among young people.
