At the Kazaly Transport and Technical Higher College, within the framework of the decade “Quality Service — Successful Society,” organized by the service sector association, a scientific and practical event was held on the topic: “Artificial Intelligence: Knowledge Today, Profession Tomorrow.”

The responsible organizers of the event — L. Tuktybaeva and A. Terekbaeva — demonstrated to the engineering and teaching staff the most effective ways to automate the educational process and improve its quality.

Digital architecture of the lesson:

Google Forms — a tool for rapid assessment: During the seminar, teachers mastered methods of instantly creating test tasks through the Google Forms platform, which allows determining students’ knowledge levels in a matter of seconds. This tool is an indispensable assistant for saving time and ensuring objective assessment.

Gemini AI — intelligent expertise: The most innovative part of the session was the use of artificial intelligence Gemini. Using this tool, educators learned to: 

Create lesson plans in a few seconds;

Conduct in-depth analysis of students’ answers;

Develop individual educational trajectories for each student.

At the end of the event, a reflection on the results obtained with the help of AI was conducted. Gemini analyzed the teachers’ actions during the session and provided methodological recommendations. This is a true symbiosis of teacher and technology!

In addition, methods for creating multimedia content were demonstrated using tools such as Sora, PixVerse, and Narakeet.
