At the Kazaly Transport and Technical Higher College, an educational hour was held for first- and second-year students. The event was organized in accordance with the letter of the prosecutor of the Kazaly district (No. 2-1005-26-00206 dated 03.02.2026) and the letter of the Regional Center for Education, Sports, and Additional Education (No. 02-02/04 dated 22.01.2026) within the framework of the plan to promote the ideology of “Law and Order.”

The main goal of the meeting was to strengthen the prevention of crime and offenses among minors.

Key topics of the meeting:

Prevention of drug-related crimes: Students were shown short preventive films “Zakladchiki. Mother” and “Drop.” The films clearly reveal the risks associated with the illegal circulation of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances among young people.

Combating internet fraud: The Deputy Director for Educational Work, G. Kuzembaeva, provided a detailed explanation of the most common types of internet fraud and ways to protect against them.

Legal education: In order to implement the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Prevention of Offenses,” explanatory work was carried out on the legal consequences of the illegal use and distribution of drugs.

Special attention was given to improving students’ legal literacy and fostering a culture of strict compliance with the law among young people.
