At the Kazaly Transport and Technical Higher College, a debate tournament was held among students on the topic: “The Role of Social Media and the Era of Artificial Intelligence in the Life of Youth.”

At the opening of the event, the head of the district branch of the Youth Wing “Zhastar Rukhy,” Director of the Youth Resource Center, Nurbek Akpanbetov, delivered a speech. He emphasized the importance of debates for the younger generation:

“Debates are an important platform that develops the thinking of young people and shapes their civic position. Such tournaments help to educate young speakers and teach them to express their thoughts openly and competently. The ‘AMANAT’ party always supports youth initiatives. The youth wing ‘Zhastar Rukhy’ under the party carries out systematic work to foster an active and conscious generation. I wish good luck to all students participating in today’s tournament!” — noted N. Nysanbekuly.

Results of the tournament:

Five teams from district colleges (two participants in each team) took part in the competition. The participants were divided into the “Government” and “Opposition” sides, debating on the proposed resolutions.

The team “Temirzholshylar” (“Railway Workers”), consisting of students of the Kazalinsk Transport and Technical Higher College, took second place.

The winners and prize-winners were awarded diplomas of various degrees and special prizes.
