At the Kazaly Transport and Technical Higher College, in accordance with the letter of the State Institution “Center for Education, Sports and Additional Education” of the Department of Education of the Kyzylorda region dated 22.01.2026 No. 02-02/04, and in line with the intra-college plan of activities for establishing the “Law and Order” ideology, a meeting with parents was held on the topic: “Parents — the Guardians of a Child’s Upbringing.”

The meeting was held with the participation of representatives of law enforcement agencies and relevant specialists with the aim of strengthening the prevention of crime and offenses among minors.

Main objectives of the event:

* Increasing children’s legal literacy;

* Ensuring their safety;

* Strengthening parents’ responsibility for raising their children.

Speakers’ presentations:

    1.    M. Begalieva (senior inspector of the Juvenile Police Unit of the local police service of the Kazaly district police department, police major): Spoke about the current situation regarding juvenile crime, offenses, and the issue of group fights.

    2.    G. Kuzembayeva (Deputy Director for Educational Work): Introduced the audience to the ongoing work carried out in the educational institution to prevent offenses and group conflicts among minors.

    3.    G. Zhanaybekova (psychologist of the “Bolat Zholy” department of the Kazaly District Multidisciplinary Central Hospital): Conducted explanatory work and provided information on preserving the life and health of adolescents.

Conclusion

The event was summarized by the head of the college, R. Iztileu, who emphasized that the prevention of offenses among minors is not only the task of law enforcement agencies but of society as a whole.
