The Republican Educational Congress "Artificial Intelligence: The Foundation of the Future" was held as part of the forum.

The goal of the congress was to:

share experiences in training domestic personnel in industry-specific areas and promote the development of the national vocational education system by discussing best domestic practices and innovative developments. It also aimed to develop skills in mastering artificial intelligence technologies, strengthen the relationship between management in science, education, and innovation, and adapt to the demands of the digital age and artificial intelligence.

Section I: Vocational Education and Business: Dialogue of Partners

Topics for discussion:

- Effective models of cooperation between employers and educational institutions;

- Mechanisms for joint training of skilled workers;

- Training skilled workers who meet the demands of production and industry in a digital world;

- Using artificial intelligence in workforce training;

- Training new-generation skilled workers adapted to digital management systems.

College directors, deputy directors for educational and industrial work, mentors from social partner organizations, and college graduates.

Section II: "TiPoE Pedagogy: New Challenges"

Focus: Developing Professional Competencies in the Railway Industry through the Integration of Technical and Natural Sciences

Participants presented new ideas and discussed the practical results of their research, and their work was evaluated by experts. In a ceremonial setting, as part of the educational congress "Artificial Intelligence: The Foundation of the Future," held in honor of this significant event for a college with a rich history and achievements, participants from various regions and representatives of industrial social partners were awarded diplomas by Azizbek Zhenibekul Izimbetov, Deputy Head of the Kyzylorda Region Education Department, in the following categories:

- "Best Practical Project" – for a report with specific practical proposals applicable to the railway industry;

- "Digital Railway" – for a report dedicated to modern digital solutions, automation, and artificial intelligence;

- "Engineering Innovation" – for technically unique engineering solutions;

- "History of the Railway and Continuity of Traditions" – for a report reflecting the history, labor achievements, and traditions of the industry;

- "Social Responsibility and the Human Factor" – for a report on the work of railway workers, humanism, and team spirit;

- "Safe Work – the Top Priority" – for materials on occupational health and safety culture;

And other nominations – for informative, logically structured, and well-reasoned papers.

All participants received certificates from Syrym Askarov, Director of the Kyzylorda Region Methodological Center. All papers presented at the breakout and plenary sessions in all areas will be included in a special collection, which will subsequently be distributed and promoted at the regional and national levels.
