The forum concluded with a concert. All college directors and experts from other regions were awarded Letters of Appreciation from Azizbek Zhenibekul Izimbetov, Deputy Head of the Kyzylorda Region Education Department. The heads of social partner organizations and college graduates were awarded Letters of Appreciation from A. Esmakhanov, District Akim, for providing practical skills in training qualified railway personnel.

During the forum, a memorandum of understanding was ceremoniously signed through the conclusion of bilateral agreements. The memorandum was signed by the heads of the Kazaly Locomotive Repair Plant, a branch of Kamkor Locomotive LLP and the parent company of the Kazaly Transport and Technical Higher College, as well as representatives of JSC NC Kazakhstan Temirzholy, career counselors from ALT University, schools, kindergartens, and organizers of the JuniorSkills and BabySkills championships, as well as railway-related competitions. At the forum's closing ceremony, the college staff presented a theatrical production, "People Famous for Labor," beautifully conveying the history and modernity of blue-collar jobs from the pages of history. Erbol Dzharullaevich Magazov, Chairman of the Republican Methodological Center for the Railway Industry from Almaty, praised the college's facilities and cooperation with manufacturing companies, offering his congratulations in the form of a poetic greeting.

In addition, Zhadyra Zhukatayeva, Director of the Shalkar Multidisciplinary College, and Zhubaniyazova Lazzat, expert, trainer, and member of the UMO of the Aktobe College of Transport, Communications, and New Technologies, presented the college with honorary gifts and congratulatory addresses. The ceremony was closed by Serik Talqanbaiuly, history teacher at the college, performing the Anthem of Technical and Vocational Education.
