Gulmira Pasepbaykyzy Zhaldybayeva is a graduate of the Faculty of Journalism and later Philology of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. She began her career in 1995 as a correspondent for the district newspaper "Turan Kazaly". Since 2000, she continued her professional career as a teacher of Kazakh language and literature at Lyceum school No. 266.

In 2004, she became the winner of regional competitions among classroom teachers and teachers of the Kazakh language and literature, taking the first and second places.

Since 2013, Gulmira Pasepbaykyzy has been working at the Kazaly Higher Transport and Technical College, where she has established herself as a competent and dedicated teacher.

Achievements:

- second place at the regional competition "Teacher of general education disciplines – 2018"  

- First place at the regional pedagogical competition  

- Students under her guidance take prizes at regional Olympiads and scientific projects  

- She was awarded letters of appreciation from the Department of Education of the region and the akim of the region

 Since 2008, she has been a member of the Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan. Her articles are regularly published in print media, highlighting the contribution of students to the system of technical and vocational education, as well as glorifying the labor achievements of working professions.

She makes a significant contribution to the advancement of college achievements and provides mentoring support to the younger generation.
