The Tokmagambetov House of Culture hosted a solemn event dedicated to the International Day of the Disabled on December 3 with the participation of people with disabilities in the region. At the event, nominations were awarded, and memorable gifts were presented to people with disabilities in various fields who achieved success in 2023. People with disabilities from different settlements of the region spoke at the solemn event. At the end of the year, a student of the Kazaly Transport and Technical Higher College, Jalieva Ainur, received the award “Best Activist-2023".
