On November 29, the regional subject Olympiad in Russian language and literature among 1st-year students of technical and vocational education organizations on the topic "Language is the way to knowledge" was held at the M. Mametova Pedagogical Higher College. The purpose of the Olympiad: fostering tolerance, developing creative abilities in mastering the Russian language, and improving the level of speech culture among young people with the Kazakh language of instruction. Dinara Serikbayevna, a 1st-year student of the VT-23/9 group of the Kazaly Transport and Technical Higher College, who took part in the regional Olympiad, showed a very high level and took the first prize. The head is a teacher of Russian language and literature, an expert teacher Utembetova Nurgul Tulepbergenovna.
