The regional competition of military-applied sports "Otan korgaushi-2023" among students of technical and vocational education organizations was held in the city of Kyzylorda.

The purpose of the competition: the formation of a healthy lifestyle among students through military-applied sports, the education of patriotism, patriotism, and the education of youth spirit, dedication, and respect for the nation. In the competition, students competed according to the following conditions:

- Incomplete disassembly and assembly of the AK-74 training weapon;

- Shooting with an air rifle at targets;

- Captains' Competition;

As a result, in the team competition, a team of guys from the Kazaly Transport and Technical Higher College took the III place.
