In Kazaly Transport and Technical Higher College, an explanatory hour was held on the topic "Ways to avoid terrorism" in order to educate students to respect the principles of a secular state, explaining the threat posed by the negative ideologies of global negative phenomena such as extremism, terrorism, religious radicalism to national security, secularism, and the stability of society. 

 According to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 117 dated March 30, 2022, the instruction of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Organization of anti-terrorism protection of terrorist-vulnerable objects and terrorist-vulnerable objects carrying out activities in the field of education and science" was presented to the students during the event, for the public on the prevention of acts, for the public in case of suspicious persons being observed, for the population when a suspicious object is found, for the population remaining in the explosion zone or among the rubble of the building as a result of the activation of explosive devices, for the population in the event of hostage-taking and evacuation types of memos on actions of residents when receiving information were introduced.
