In the country, March 1 is the "Thanksgiving Day" approved and celebrated by the Decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 14, 2016, on the eve of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan. Thanksgiving is a day when all citizens of the country express respect for each other. The new tradition of celebrating the Day of Gratitude reflects Kazakhstan's values in strengthening and developing the unity of "Mangilik El" based on common history and historical consciousness. In the Kazaly Transport and Technical Higher College, on the eve of the celebration of March 1 -"Thanksgiving Day", parents of students actively involved in intra-college social work were presented with a letter of Thanks from the director of college B.
